.................sunday , run,,& swim..and sat in the sun

,,,yes I had a run to the wild beach , even at 10h it was releatively mild, almost 20c ...so I stripped off and had a short swim

water was cold, but exhilarating..started to feel similar , but not as electric shock like many years ago, at the lake of Lapenranta

when I went with as european commander "officer" of the International ROUND TABLE Org... back then we had a sauna, then ran into the

nearby lake.. and back to hot shower...like a GOOD electric current through my body... this morning , not so extreme as that, though, still felt good putting clothes back on but still sitting in the sun , at the almost dseerted "wild beach" here in a short - sleeved t-shirt & ,,,came back to base, decided to stay on the terrace and make a grill lunch, read my book and listen to the radio music in the background,

then on the forecourt in the sun, dried my washing on the "clothes horse" ;) ...later finishing with Bond, read (again) Le Carre "absolute friends" ...something i never really had , ... :p

this morning i was refelcting on the latest (LAST, i hope) BOnd film, which almost ruins my memory/enjoyment of the film series..

(I wont ever forget Connery's Bond though ..) ;) ... a) "no time to die" died... with the obvious director/producer intent to PACK in as mcuh as po possible of 2hrs 40 mins to PLEASE everyone ..a "political correct" watered down Bond, despite Dan Craig (who does his best and has been a good second to Sean , IMO) ...they should have ended it with "Skyfall" (that story also saw "M" die..) the next "Spectre" with Blofeld being :foster brother" stretched too far... ... Hollywood & the ass-kissing reviews of modern (plastic) media loved this film, although one "critic: stated that there was an absence of "chemistry" between the couple ... er..to use "chemistry" to explain HUMAN relatiosn shoiws their cold stupidity... and just reflecting on the role that Craig was playing... Bond was always a "lone Wolf" (even when employed) ..

........hardly representing the sh7te dept of M16 in reality..and his "affairs" were ON THE RUN, whilst on mission.. with few exceptions..

his "ladies" were short-lived, qaiding his targets, or enemy agents... to suggest that he would suddenly melt into "family man" shows how little the highly paid of hollywood , or the media understand about "human BEing" for someone as this rare character might resemble...

...........one thing i DID take from :no time to die: ...was from the opening sequence (and it reminded me of the fee-male betrayals in my life..( ..to write down a list of those who had seriously done me wrong & damaged me, well, it may be argued that they all did ..so it could be a long list, and apart from the obvious two Annika & Margit , who stole my children, and Linda whostole my "empire" ..i struggled to justify any worthy "revenge" George P, ALeksa Recevic, Predrag Ivanovic, shyte like Unmuessig and Mike Seabrook, even my brother Michael James SMith... who not only hurt me but Jacqui with what he did... and I felt calm and none worthy of wasting any more of my life on them..so I burnt their names tonight...they are gone.. i move on..with that knowledge, and to BE ..me & not let them be anything other than "experience>..

saturday walked to Rose , again, cafe closed (of course) but al lot of people waled and sailed there, they could have opened and had a decent profit...but anyway, it was clcose to 20c and i came back slowly and down the :mountain path: from Tici to Zanjice beach where a few were "sun-bathing: shall i go swimming sunday...hmm..maybe,. ;)

Hello H-T, and Z0..

hmmm...well it changed a bit after the internations boat trip/party was aborted, and then became more distant,after the Porto Adriatic incident..no wi-fi, via Z, no vino (anyway i now get it from walking to Radovici or HN myself) no more films..(although he gave me "grenades: ha ha ha) ...i am used to this..its just the way of life here...we were supposed to meet in HN, but,,,I WILL NOT use a phone, and he now doesnt use email..?

Friday I met some spontaneous visitors, who share my cynicism over the sheeple capitu;ation to exploited fears from govt jacksl & biz sharks..who continue their "game of THORBS " WAR-biz, pollution policies & big pharma ("maginot line voodoo, MASKerAIDS" )con whilst perpetuating local & global dictatorship..

on thursday at 05hrs the Stars were so sharp in a beautiful night/early morn sky then as I came back from HN ...the clear blue sky

and spring temperatures near to 20c made the walk down the hill , with adriatic coast/mountain panorama almost as stunning...
