Yeah ty im alright, great to hear you r quite good too 🙂 !!! The voice mail I have to reset; also I wasn't home for @least 70% of my time....cuz this here mutated to a "kind of a coronation centre", and there where several Lockdowns which made it a bit difficult to move freely (as you already know...😛). So it would b great to catch up; at the moment there is a lot of movement in my life....my job was quite hard (especially here in Berlin!), with nightshift and all that shit which turned my biorhythm totally into a completely different direction. Anyway, I can totally relate with what u r meaning with like doing sports, being 20 again, or when reflecting or meditating, being a hundred thousand years lol...or being a kid when dancing, ( it´s also when composing, creating, playing a gig, singing and so on...), which I do as often as I have the Energy ^^

There r still so many questions open from people who r asking about me to come and play....would b great to play in Frank´s show, I´ve got also offers from America, which I´m really curious about...I might never come back haha ^^

Well yeah, I sorted out a LOT of ppl who r being so-called frenemies, just sucking my precious energies and holding me back from what I really am or wanna do in my life! (I guess u know what I mean...) Sooo, if you feel like just gimme a shout...same Nr. as I wrote, best time @ about 7 these days.

Went running again yesterday,usually every couple of days, again did 20 circuilt laps + from house to circuit & back is about the half-marathon distance of 21kms,,,

when I was @ about 3/4 qrts an older man who was also on the training circuit called to me "well done" in local dialect, ..... its unusual, & such a difference , to have a positive comment ....still, some older people appreciate the efforts of others,

BUT/........the ME ME ME generations are only interested in themselves, it seems ?

every morning, when I am not training (running around the field , because no footy) its always answering the stuff on REdGEMnet /Lbird Co-op (i limit myself to 4 hrs on the net to avoid getting bogged down ) then decided to have indian take away , last year they opened a proper indian restaurant here, rare, in this region, .. then see what else i can stir up... ha ha ha .. make the most of every day kid, ... start a protest movement, paint a picture, dance to music... dont let them grind u down!

it was "day of rememberance",,, when some remember the dead,,

well it seems most have trouble remembering the living..

too "busy" is the common excuse, but it just means their priorities

are wrong..

anyway, this is a dark time, approaching...in a couple of weeks oe so..

28th of November is the birthday of my estranged daughter Noela, she will be 14,

i dont even know if she is alive, as her mother stole her.. when she was almost 3.

..............and disappeared.. she lied to the german state to get custody...and denied my existence.

anyway, on 1st December would have been the birthday of the Jacqui , my lovely wife who suffered from cancer befoe she left this earth 10 years ago..

and my son Adam,

who died in hospital after they mistreated him from a drugs problem..

was born on 16th december,,,, my blame as I was somewhere else..and didnt take enough care for them..

all those I loved have died, been stolen, or disappearde...

so, if you dis NOT communicate with me before , I wont want to communicate with "goodtime" facebook friends during my "dark time" ...I will be very creative and poetic , with irony,

but none of you will see or feel that... and yet, i suppose i will "celebrate"

afterwards and join the hypocrisy of Xmas and your "new year" etc etc

..and become , again, a "happy Chri5mitH...." ??

I have been in bed most of the last 4 days.. I went to the ISKRA stadium..

saturday at 13.30h ? but there was a senior game..and I paid to join the local fans

but even though it was sunny, I felt unable to stay, so I dontn know what happened

with the kids, was there a mis-understanding? I got a call from Rank o, (I cant phone out)

and we postponed the match until 8th November 18h, and Mirkos bus" is not availabl

Sunday, watching "Star Wars marathon" on Tv on my 4th day of being bugged,

my body, that is, not so muchpainful as uncomfortable, still makes a change

usually they dont poison me, they poison my relations, communications, post,

disrupt or blo0ck my email, Logs, sms, social networking,..and both mobiles!

I must be "dangerous" .ha ha ( R E d ) ..ah , its just the "price" for telling the truth..whether YOU want it or not.. such is state of the world people dying and being killed or maimed

due to greed or fear, manufactured by the "dark side" of the (in)human race...

and you just keep on feedingit, sure I could and do, for a moment, feel sorry for myself..

and know that few of u would notice if I wasnt here, and none of you woudl find out if I stopped..

but somewhere there is empathy and humanity, and i will find it, and join it/her

in this or an alternative dimension.. "may the force be with....." who?

although my support has changed because of the US(eless) INFESTORS.. It gave me a smile

as I "couched" on saturday, Maureen, again beaten at the bridge, Terry and co humbled

by an Lfc team far from special. Phil scored the eaqualiser at a vital moment just before H-T.

and Klopp is learning what we at RedNet knew before, that Moreno is poor defensively but can play like a winger... he is inconsistent and a liability in defence (its basic not to let a forward get "inside" him , which Ramires did for chelskis only goal, and ONLY SHOT of the first half..)

Lfc have been poor in finsihing but Chelski are VERY BAD, at home they didnt reallt put on any pressure until mid-way 2nd half, and may claim Luas shoudl have got a REd card,

BUT, Costa (again) shoudl have been SENT OFF BEFORE THAT FOR PUTTIGN HIS STUDS INTO MARTIN SKRTELs chest... thats the THIRD tiem Diego has avoided a RED CARD against Lfc..

Couthinho produced the 2 goals required to win it, and Benteke nust have thought it was hIS

"Birthday" to get so much room, to turn and shoot the 3rd goal for Lfc.

I DO feel football needs "characters" like Jose, there are too few in anything these days,

but it IS funny to hear the travelling KLOPPites singing "you're getting sacked in the morning"

to Maureen, but please dont believe it when u sing.. " By FAR the greatest team , the world has ever seen"

..it isnt..all though if Klopp gets some things sorted and a fit Studge, and Hendo in form,

this very very weak premiere league could be won...! even if i dont like "Jurgen ; Brent made in germoney"

Just posted on New York Lfc fan group ... a clarification...

Neil (oh Rich buy a sense of humour).　 .. so u think u have me "sorted" ?? i complain that he USA have the most hypocritical (correct spelling Spencer !) REGIME in the world! and affects the love of my life ; Football and especially Liverpool - is probably too much to expect u to understand what Shanks did, inside and ouside of he club, or to understand OUR true socialism (banned in USA) that we had ,Not exclusive to our football club , but simply he way of caring and sharing of a community without material objective yet still enjoying and striving to win against the odds , Liverpool was a target during war and in "peace" first as a port for german bombers

then by tory governmemt (thacher is still hated, not only because of Hillsborough) to destroy unions , any form of socialism, and ensure almost fifty percent unemployment, (and our enemies still sing "sign on " 30 years later) the capitalism USA spread like a disease has failed , the US led banking system failed, time and again (and is rescued by the masses!) H enry failed also, ( 1 2nd class trophy in 6 seasons and too many changes in staff) and yet the illusion goes on... and needs alernative opinion to balance he constant propaganda of Lfc media... btw I have lived most of my life abroad, but I have and will always maintain and campaign for Shanks original and true LIVERPOOL way... not any infestor nor any Fb groupie will stop me,! yes thats my "agenda" ...! now JustinE u can remove me...because as Groucho once said " I never want to be in a club that would allow me in"
